The company "Gelibert" SRL, the Mineral Drinks and Soft Drinks Unit, implements and maintains a management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 22000: 2005 standard in order to demonstrate its ability to regularly supply harmless consumer products food and to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that the product (drinking water / refreshment) is safe at the time of human consumption.

The requirements of the above mentioned standards are applied for the certification of "Gelibert" SRL, whose activity consists in: Production of soft drinks, soft drinks containing juice, mineral water, potable water, irrigated drinking water, carbonated and non-carbonated drinking water and non-carbonated purified drinking water fortified with Ca and Mg, packed in PET bottles with capacities of 0.5, 0.75, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 6.0, 7.0, 12.0 and 19.0 liters.

The company plans and develops the processes necessary to produce safe products. It shall be ensured through the correct development, effective implementation and monitoring of planned activities, improvement of production processes and the working environment, and the application of appropriate measures in exceptional cases.

A very important thing for safe products is to establish and apply control measures: Preliminary Programs, Preliminary Operational Programs and the HACCP Plan, which sets out measures to keep food safety hazards acceptable.

For the production of foodstuffs, to avoid any danger, it is necessary that the food safety system is based on a solid foundation of the pre-programs. Each stage of the production activity must provide the necessary conditions for the protection of food while it is under the control of the enterprise. Within the "Gelibert" SRL, the food safety system is based on the requirements of the International Standard ISO 22000: 2005 and the national regulations and instructions Republic of Moldova (SF, MS, GOST, PTMD).

The organization implements, carries out planned activities and any changes to these activities and ensures their effectiveness.

Only metrology-verified measuring and monitoring equipment is used for production activities, providing reliable and accurate process monitoring.
